How fast do you respond to a quote request?
By the next business day. Requests go straight to the team, not into a queue, and the response comes from a person who can actually answer follow-up questions.
Do you publish prices?
Where a price appears on this site it is the vendor's published list price, labeled as such. Actual pricing is provided by quote, because authorized partner pricing depends on configuration and program terms we can't print.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. W-9, vendor onboarding forms, and whatever your accounts payable process needs are handled on request as part of the quote.
Can you source parts and models that aren't in the catalog?
Yes. The catalog is a growing subset of what we can quote. Send the part number, model, or even a rough description with your request and we'll identify and source it.
Is anything on this site gated behind a form?
No. Specifications, comparisons, guides, and tools are all open. We ask who you are exactly once: when you request a quote.
Do you install what you sell?
Yes. Deployment, migration, and ongoing operations are offered on everything we quote; scope and pricing are part of the quote conversation.
Do you only sell hardware?
No. Hardware supply sits alongside AI and automation consulting and agent-operated managed services. Some engagements never involve a hardware purchase at all.
What happens to the information I submit?
It's used to respond to your request and for nothing else. The details are in the privacy policy, which is short enough to actually read.
